Official OFS Sub-Distributor

As an authorized sub-distributor of the Fiscal System Operator (OFS), we provide complete fiscalization services. We assist fiscalization obligors with implementation, maintenance, and use of fiscal systems in compliance with legal regulations.

Implementation and Configuration

We perform initial setup and configuration of fiscal cash registers and printers. Article import and entry into cash registers is carried out according to customer specifications, with system customization to meet specific business needs.

User Training

We provide comprehensive user training for working with fiscal systems. Training covers daily operations, receipt issuance, report generation, and troubleshooting common issues.

Information System Integration

We integrate fiscal cash registers and printers with existing customer information systems. We connect fiscal devices with business software, ERP systems, and other applications.

Technical Support

We provide technical support via phone, internet, and remote computer access. Our team is available for:

  • Resolving LPFR (Local Fiscal Receipt Processor) communication issues
  • Troubleshooting fiscal receipt printer problems
  • Phone consultations and advice
  • Other interventions in accordance with OFS regulations

Equipment Servicing

We service fiscal devices and additional equipment, including docking stations and POS printers. On-site visits to fiscalization obligors are available upon request.
